• The decrement at each regular-season event is 6 points per place in rank and 9 points at the Championship.
Scoring
• Each division will have six events each that count toward Angler of the Year. Your best five events will make up your season total for Divisional Angler of the Year.
• Anglers received points in all regular-season MAKB events for their respective division. Points do not cross over between divisions for the Divisional Angler of the Year.
• Points from any event in all divisions count toward the overall Massachusetts Kayak Bassin’ Angler of the Year. Your best seven events plus the championship will make up your season total for Massachusetts Kayak Bassin’ Angler of the Year.
• Ties are broken by season lunker.
At the end of the year, the top-ranking anglers will be crowned the Massachusetts Kayak Bassin’ Anglers of the Year!
